We established our quantity surveying practice in 1977. Today we maintain a highly trained workforce at offices in Brisbane and Sydney and associate offices at the Sunshine Coast, Cairns, Mackay, Townsville and Melbourne. Leary and Partners is headed by its founder and managing director, David Leary who is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
Our company has grown due to its long term involvement with strata titled and retirement village complexes, dating back to 1977. We service one of the largest clientele of strata titled and retirement village asset reporting work in Australia. L&P quantity surveyors regularly inspect buildings around the country, gathering essential data necessary for the production of specialist reports.
We are heavily involved with computer technology. In 1985 we were the first company to develop a professional estimating package (Fastrak), for the Macintosh computer - later adapted for Windows and used by leading professional firms and contractors Australia wide. We continue to use this expertise to serve the needs of our clients. Company director and programmer, Robyn Leary, personally supervises all software development.
