Within this wide spread of strata developments we have provided individual reports to more than 34,000 strata owners. This database of cost information provides an invaluable tool for the cost planning and asset management of future developments. We regularly provide professional advice to the accounting and body corporate management professions on the practical application of strata title legislation. To enable us to keep in touch with current development within the industry, we maintain membership of the strata management institutes in Queensland, New south Wales and Victoria. Company directors are also members of the Unit Owners Association of Queensland. |
